Design & Process
What do I need to provide before design starts?
We’ll need your logo (preferably in vector format), your brand colours or style guide if available, and the details you’d like on the card — name, title, contact info, and any social or web links.
How many design options do I receive?
You’ll receive three unique, professionally designed concepts to choose from. Each option explores a slightly different visual direction aligned with your brand.
Can I combine elements from different concepts?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to mix and match ideas — for example, the layout from one concept and the colour scheme from another.
What if I need more than two revision rounds?
Two rounds are included, which is usually enough to perfect your design. Additional revision rounds can be added at a small fee if you’d like further refinements.
How long does the design process take?
Typically, you’ll receive your first concepts within 2–3 business days. The entire process — from initial ideas to final files — usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on feedback speed.
Printing & File Formats
Do you handle printing, or just the design?
This package covers professional design and delivery of print-ready files. However, we can recommend trusted local printers or manage printing for you as an add-on service.
What print formats will I receive?
You’ll get high-resolution, print-ready PDFs along with editable AI, CDR, and PNG versions. These ensure compatibility with any printer or design platform.
Can I request a specific size or shape?
Yes. While standard cards are 90×50 mm, we can design for square, mini, or custom-cut cards to suit your brand’s style and vision.
Will the design include bleed and print guidelines?
Yes. All print-ready files include professional bleed margins, crop marks, and colour settings for accurate, high-quality printing.
